With more than 25 years of dedicated experience in education, Carine is a passionate educator and leader committed to fostering student growth and a deep love for languages. Her extensive teaching career spans from 3K to grade 5, specializing in teaching French and immersing young learners in the language. After successfully serving as a classroom teacher at the Atlanta International School, she transitioned into a new role, currently serving as a language learning leader and instructional coach. Driven by a curious nature, Carine is a lifelong learner who thrives on collaboration with teachers to elevate instructional practices. With her colleagues, she is designing learning environments that dismantle barriers to help every student achieve their goals. By anchoring her approach in conceptual understanding and leveraging visible thinking routines, she empowers students to deepen their comprehension and take ownership of their learning.
