Erin Cole is the associate head of lower school at Ravenscroft School in Raleigh, NC. With over 15 years of experience spanning classroom teaching, intervention, and academic leadership, Erin is a relentless pursuer of joyful, messy learning and a passionate advocate for creating neuro-inclusive environments where the needs of all children are met. As a curriculum leader, she has spearheaded transformative initiatives to overhaul language arts and science programming, prioritizing student discovery over perfection. Erin is dedicated to helping educators hone their instructional craft and guiding both parents and teachers to embrace healthy risk-taking, encouraging adults to step back so children can navigate the playground challenges and classroom "stretches" that build genuine resilience.
