About me
Heidi Domescik serves as director of fine arts at Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School. Heidi oversees PS-12 curriculum and faculty for the four strands of the fine and performing arts at HIES including theatre, visual arts, music and media literacy (film, print journalism, yearbook and broadcast). She plans scholars and artists in residency, annual community events at the High Museum of Art, Atlanta Opera, and Center for Civil and Human Rights, and actively develops partnerships with outside community organizations.
Heidi received her Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the College of William and Mary and her Masters Degree in Art History from University of Georgia and now teaches AP Art History at HIES. Prior to HIES, Heidi worked in the curatorial department at the National Museum of Wildlife Art in Jackson Hole and as an independent art consultant in both Wyoming and Georgia, where she co-curated and co-authored "Before 1948: American Paintings in Georgia Collections" to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Georgia Museum of Art.
