About me
Whitney Andrews is the middle school dean of academics at Randolph School in Huntsville, AL, where she has served as a teacher and department chair since 2010. She is the designer of Randolph’s Middle School Success Workshop Program, a structured executive functioning and study skills program that equips students with strategies for organization, motivation, resilience, and academic independence.
Whitney holds a Master’s degree from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Harvard University Instructional Leadership Certificate. She is currently working on her Master’s Certification in Neurodiversity from Landmark College. She was honored as Randolph School’s 2025 Faculty of the Year and is passionate about helping schools design practical, sustainable structures that empower students to thrive academically and personally.
